Check in time is 3 p.m. and check out time is 11 a.m.

Does Vacation Lodge require a deposit for incidentals?

We do not require a deposit for incidentals.

Can I pay for my stay in advance?

Yes. You can make payments on your reservation at any time.

Does Vacation Lodge offer housekeeping?

We offer daily housekeeping during your stay. If you prefer we do not clean your room just simply play the Do Not Disturb sign on your door. COVID Restriction may apply.

What is Vacation Lodge’s smoking policy?

All of our rooms are non-smoking. Guests may smoke in designated smoking areas.

What is the check-in age?

Check in age at Vacation Lodge is 21 years old.

Is Vacation Lodge close to the Pigeon Forge Trolley?

There is a trolley stop right in front of our hotel! You can use the trolley to easily get around town. The price of each trolley varies, but you can purchase an all-day wristband for $3.

Is there internet access?

Yes, we have high speed wireless internet available throughout our hotel and in all of our guest rooms.

Is Vacation Lodge pet friendly?

No, pets are not allowed at Vacation Lodge.
