Built in 1982, Dollywood’s Grist Mill is the first-ever fully operational grist mill in the state of Tennessee! At one time, citizens of the Smoky Mountains relied on the mill’s water wheel to grind corn and meat. A sit-down restaurant located in Craftsman’s Valley in the park, once you step inside Granny Ogle’s Ham ‘n’ Beans, you know you’re about to receive a healthy helping of Southern hospitality! Pimento cheese, beans, greens, chicken pot pie and meatloaf are a few of the many options at Granny Ogle’s. This establishment also serves more simple options for kids, such as hot dogs.
